Dynamic Content in Marketing Emails
Dynamic content is a feature in Salesforce's Marketing Cloud Growth. It enables marketers to personalize email content for any audience. I led a group of several writers in writing the UI text for this feature, and I worked closely with UX designers, product managers, and software engineers to implement the text and create a cohesive user experience.
Here's a sampling of screens with my UI Text.

Entry point to creating dynamically personalized content in a Marketing Cloud email. I wrote only the text highlighted by the turquoise rectangle.

After clicking New Variation, the user sets a targeting rule to determine when the variation appears and for which email audience. Dynamic content is tied to another Salesforce app, Einstein Personalization, so we help explain those connections to the user in the UI.

When the user creates multiple variations of an email component, they can edit the priority of each variation. Here I also added an infobubble to help email content creators understand a little more about Personalization Points.

We provide all necessary details so users can make an informed decision before confirming a destructive action.

Nesting dynamic content isn't supported, so we explain why the feature is disabled to limit frustration and improve the user experience.
Manage Channels in Salesforce CMS
In Salesforce CMS, content experts create, edit, and manage content in CMS workspaces. To share that content with audiences, they must connect CMS channels to their workspaces. We have a simple and easy UI that allows users to add or remove channels from a CMS workspace in a single modal. While we confirm that the channel management operation started in the UI with a toast message, the process can take some time if the user adds several channels at once, so we send them a confirmation email with the details of the channel management operation. Check out my UI Text and confirmation email content for this feature.
