Geometric Playful Shapes
For software users

In my time at Salesforce, I've authored a variety of content types including standard release notes and help documentation, as well as more creative genres, like video scripts and Trailhead content.

In fact, the script for one of my videos recently earned an STC Carolina Merit Award.

Video Content for Salesforce CMS and Experience Cloud

My script for this Salesforce CDN video earned a 2023-2024 STC Carolina Merit Award. I worked closely with Salesforce's team of animators and video producers on this and the three videos linked below.

Recent Release Notes for Salesforce

Each release, I work with teams of software engineers and product managers to understand what features these teams are delivering and what impact they have for customers.

Recent Help Documentation for Salesforce

In addition to release notes, I also update and create new help content to assist end users navigating our features and tools. I predominately write concept and task topics.

With a team of other writers, I maintain content about Salesforce CMS, Experience Cloud, and occasionally, Marketing Cloud Growth.

For the Spring '25 Release, I updated and wrote the topic linked to the left, and all but one of its child topics.

Additional Help Docs I Contributed To:

I contributed to the following docs in a variety of ways. For the first, I refactored existing content. For the second, I made significant updates based on new feature changes. And the third, I drafted for the initial release of Salesforce's new and improved Marketing Cloud.

Trailhead Module: Salesforce CMS Basics

To onboard users to Salesforce's Content Management System, I refactored and updated the Salesforce CMS Basics Trailhead Module. I worked closely with the original author and several product managers to complete this project, and I continue to maintain the module as the product changes.
