Three years after working with Dr. Julia Hammer and creating synthetic lunar troctolite samples for NASA, I reached out to her again. I learned about what her lab was up to and wrote an article about it for a Science Writing class at CMU.

While in grad school, I also worked part-time as a cashier at Lowe's. One unexpectedly stormy day inspired me to write this article about the weather -- also for my Science Writing class at CMU.
